THE LONGEVITY LABRESEARCH & EDUCATION

THE PEPTIDE LIBRARY

Understand the science.
Know the limits.

A considered guide to peptides and related compounds. Explore what is being studied, what human evidence exists and where questions remain.

For research and educational purposes only.

Research compounds are not offered for human use. No peptides are sold on this website. An online “research use only” label does not establish safety or approval. Some entries concern licensed medicines; these are identified separately and included only as medical background.

Research areas describe what scientists have investigated. They are not claims that a compound treats a condition.

HOW TO READ THIS LIBRARY

Evidence before
expectations.

01 / A mechanism is a starting point.

A result in cells or animals cannot establish a benefit in people. Early human studies may look only at short-term hormone changes or tolerability.

02 / Context changes the conclusion.

The exact molecule, formulation, study population and outcome matter. A medicine approved for one condition is not proven for general wellbeing or longevity.

03 / Commentary is not a clinical trial.

Public discussions help explain why a topic is receiving attention. Our entries link to studies and regulatory information so you can distinguish commentary from evidence.

Conversations that inform the questions.

This library includes topics discussed publicly by Andrew Huberman, Dr Abud Bakri and Ways2Well. These are reference sources, not advisers affiliated with The Longevity Lab. Their inclusion is not an endorsement of a compound or a substitute for clinical evidence.

Evidence and status checked 8 October 2026. This is a curated introduction, not a systematic review. Research and regulatory status can change. Each topic has its own references.
