BLOOD TESTING. CONTEXT. PRACTICAL ACTION.

About
The Longevity Lab

The Longevity Lab is built around private blood testing and expert interpretation. We combine laboratory data with your health context and practical guidance so you can understand what is happening, optimise what matters and make better-informed decisions about your health.

EXPERTISE BEHIND YOUR REPORT

Who reviews your results

Your results are reviewed by our lead practitioner, who holds a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science and Sports Medicine and an MSc in Nutrition, and is a Certified Nutritionist, an Advanced Hormone Practitioner and a Functional Medicine Practitioner.

Where a test requires medical sign-off and feedback, this is provided by a GMC-registered doctor.

OUR APPROACH

Data with context.

A laboratory reference range is useful, but it is only the beginning. We interpret results alongside your medical context, medications, current therapies, symptoms, lifestyle and goals so the information is more useful to you.

We separate established clinical thresholds from optimisation context, clearly flag anything that should be discussed with a doctor, and turn the rest into practical priorities.

MORE THAN NUMBERS

Insight should lead somewhere.

Where appropriate, your report includes practical nutrition, lifestyle, supplement and retesting recommendations rather than leaving you with a sheet of numbers.

The goal is not more data for its own sake. It is a clearer view of what matters, what is already working well and what you can do next.

01

People first

Your context changes how results should be understood. The person always comes before the panel.

02

Science with purpose

Testing should answer useful questions and support better decisions, not simply produce more numbers.

03

Clarity always

Clear language, transparent limits and distinct clinical versus optimisation context.

04

Actionable insight

Every useful finding should lead to a practical next step, an appropriate discussion or a sensible retest.
