No prescription is automatically provided through the website. Where treatment is relevant, it requires the appropriate consultation and independent clinical pathway.
If a sample is rejected through no fault of the client, we aim to arrange a repeat without charging for the test again. Collection charges depend on the reason for failure and the collection method.
More than 36 hours before the appointment, mobile collection can be cancelled or rescheduled without losing the collection fee. Within 36 hours the collection fee is normally non-refundable.
Yes. Health information is treated as special-category personal data and is separated by client account. Results are never visible to another client or an employer.
