Essential cookies

Essential cookies and similar technologies support security, sign-in, checkout and the account features you request. They stay available when you reject analytics. We also use an essential cookie called ll_analytics_consent to remember your choice for up to six months. It contains your choice, the notice version and the time you chose, with no name or email address.

Optional analytics

We ask your permission before measuring public website visits, test-page views, test-finder progress and checkout activity and confirmed purchases. We record basic campaign information so we can understand which marketing brings people to the website. We exclude search terms, URL query strings and email-access tokens. Our analytics do not record health answers, laboratory results or private account activity.

Google Analytics is enabled only after you accept analytics. When enabled, Google Analytics uses cookies such as _ga and _ga_MDEXBWNBQP to distinguish browser visits. We limit these cookies to six months. Google receives broad public page groups and interactions, with no names, email addresses, test-specific conditions or health information. We do not enable advertising personalisation. For consented purchases, we send the order value, currency and an anonymous transaction reference to Google. A private consent reference called ll_purchase_analytics_consent lets us stop pending purchase measurement when you withdraw consent. Our own campaign session is stored in this browser tab after consent and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity.

Your choices

You can accept or reject analytics using the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie choices here or in the footer. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from buying a test or using your account. Withdrawing consent stops future optional tracking and removes the Google Analytics cookies set by this site; it does not undo information already collected while you had consented. If you reaccept after withdrawing, Google tracking resumes on your next full page load.

Orders and third-party services

We still keep the order and payment records needed to deliver your purchase and meet accounting obligations when you reject analytics. Stripe operates secure payment under its own notices and settings. Other providers operate the hosting, security and account services needed for this website.
