Product information & ingredients
- One tablet supplies vitamin D3 25 micrograms, B6 9 mg, zinc 20 mg and iron 5 mg. Check overlap with existing supplements.
- Other nutrients include beta-carotene, vitamins C and E, mixed tocopherols, thiamine, riboflavin, nicotinamide, folate (5-MTHF), methylcobalamin, biotin, pantothenic acid, iodine, magnesium, selenium, copper, manganese, chromium, molybdenum, choline, potassium and boron; also pomegranate and broccoli extracts.
- Tablet ingredients include cellulose, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide and sodium croscarmellose. The coating uses cellulose derivatives, safflower, lemon and calcium carbonate.
- Manufacturer directions: one tablet daily with food. Vegan. The manufacturer lists none of the 14 regulated food allergens.
- This is not the pregnancy formula. Check suitability when pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to conceive. Contains vitamin K and iodine: seek advice with anticoagulants or a thyroid condition.
