Who you buy from
The Longevity Lab is a trading name of Vitality Consult Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 14070877. Our registered office is 140 Lee Lane, Horwich, Bolton, BL6 7AF. Contact info@the-longevity-lab.co.uk.
You buy from us and pay on our website. We source products from Metagenics or APE Nutrition and fulfil your order. No supplier account is needed.
Ordering and payment
Check the exact product, pack, ingredients, allergens, quantity and delivery address before paying. All prices are in pounds sterling, include any applicable tax and standard UK delivery, and are shown in full before payment. Purchases are one-time orders with no subscription.
Stripe securely processes payment. We confirm your order once payment has been verified. Your confirmation records the products, delivery details and total paid. If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you and refund the unavailable item. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.
Prices and availability
Prices follow the calculation on our delivery and returns page. Comparisons use the supplier’s ordinary one-time price for the same pack plus standard UK delivery, excluding promotions and subscriptions. We check prices periodically and confirm the final price in your basket before payment. We may pause an item while checking its price or availability. Once an order is confirmed, later supplier price changes do not increase the amount you owe.
Product information and personal advice
Product pages contain manufacturer information and a link to full product details. Packaging may change. Read the label on the product you receive and follow your agreed practitioner instructions.
The public shop is a product catalogue. Buying a supplement does not include a consultation or personal recommendation. Food supplements do not replace a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount; keep out of reach of children. Check suitability with your practitioner if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medicines or managing a medical condition. Avoid duplicating nutrients across products.
Your private supplement guide shows advice already approved with your released report. Only products marked selected for you have been selected in that plan. Discuss options and alternatives before starting them. You may buy from another retailer.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
Our delivery and returns policy forms part of these terms and explains delivery times, cancellation rights, return costs and refunds. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Your information
We use your name, contact details, purchased items and address to take payment, fulfil orders, provide tracking and handle returns. Stripe processes payment details. Delivery and email providers receive the information needed to provide their services. Your results and report are not sent to Stripe or suppliers as part of shopping. Read our privacy notice.

Contact us with your order number so we can help. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing mandatory consumer protections or your right to bring proceedings in the courts of the UK country where you live.
