Product information & ingredients
- One tablet supplies vitamin D3 25 micrograms, vitamin B6 9 mg and zinc 25 mg. Count these towards any other supplements you take.
- Other nutrients include beta-carotene, vitamins C and E, mixed tocopherols, thiamine, riboflavin, niacinamide, folate (5-MTHF), methylcobalamin, biotin, pantothenic acid, iodine, magnesium, selenium, copper, manganese, chromium, molybdenum, choline and potassium; also taurine, lycopene and phytosterols.
- Tablet ingredients include cellulose, calcium carbonate, stearic acid, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide. The coating uses cellulose derivatives, safflower and lemon.
- Manufacturer directions: one tablet daily with food. Suitable for vegans. The manufacturer lists none of the 14 regulated food allergens.
- Contains vitamin K and iodine. Ask your practitioner before use with anticoagulants or a thyroid condition; avoid adding separate zinc without review.
