Product information & ingredients
- The manufacturer's nutrient table lists 210 mg magnesium per 3.3 g, comprising 126 mg from bisglycinate and 84 mg from citrate, plus lemon balm 60 mg and saffron 14 mg.
- Other ingredients include citric acid, malic acid, berry flavour, anthocyanins, silicon dioxide and steviol glycosides. This is MegaMag Night, not the older Night Plus formula.
