How is my blood sample collected?
Arrange your own phlebotomist. Use a suitably qualified professional of your choice. We add no collection fee; any fee they charge is payable separately. Follow your kit instructions for taking and returning the sample.
Longevity Lab mobile collection. Where available, we travel to your chosen address, take your blood sample and handle onward dispatch. Enter your postcode at checkout to calculate the visit cost and choose preferred appointment times.
Laboratory analysis, expert review, personalised report and private client portal are included in the test price.

Hydration
Be normally hydrated before collection. Avoid deliberately over-drinking immediately beforehand.
Acute illness
If you are acutely unwell, tell Longevity Lab before testing because illness can materially alter several biomarkers.
Medication
Do not stop prescribed medication unless your prescribing clinician has told you to. Record medication and timing accurately in your Health Profile.
Supplements
Record supplements and recent doses. Some supplements, including biotin, can interfere with particular laboratory assays.
